Harry Styles Tour review: Complaint

Hi sorry to email you but as a parent of a 16yr old attending the Harry Styles concert I wanted to email you regarding how disappointing I am at the lack of empathy show to a child who is registered disabled from PTDS anxiety from seeing people killed in the attack.

After 5 years my daughter was desperate to attend so I got her tickets for the two days. One general admission, 1 kitchen.

I contacted yourselves (no response) Lancashire cricket ground, Richard Dawes PR for Harry, Harry’s management etc.

All I asked was for her to escorted in prior so she could get a space and not have a panic attack. We have had zero help reacting this and had it not been for the hotel helping she would of not attended the concerts.

We have stayed over at the grandparents of Olivia age 15 who was killed that night and also we had to camp as we were told it was the best option.

I am extremely annoyed now as she has just gone in that a young girl and her mother have been escorted in front of everyone because she has cystic fibrosis.

Ok my issue

I have no problem at all but the word EQUALITY springs to mind.

My daughter is on enhanced both elements, takes medication and has a emergency team at the hospital.

Children especially should be given the same treatment if disabled element in a factor regardless of what exactly is wrong with them

The whole stress and anxiety caused is ridiculous and unnecessary

Figen Murray even contacted people who she know in Martins Law to help as mental health is also EQUALLY IMPORTANT

I am so disappointed for her that this happened and would love to communicate to help others in the future

Kelly Graham was the one I have been told authorised this but why is it good enough for one and not another I spoke to the girls mother also who told me everything.

I am sure Kelly is aware of Amelia as her name was mentioned the other day

She raises thousands for Livs trust for Olivia Campbell hardy and is inspirational to many of the families of the 22 victims.

Equality for all disabilities is a priority in the future

I was leaving the email there but after the concert last night I will this morning be contacting Greater Manchester police regarding a matter last night within the kitchen section.

My daughter was waiting until people had left before leaving like she did the night before. The man who runs Harry’s floor team told a coloured security guard it was ok for her to do this.

The workers who dismantle the floor etc one in particular came up to her and asked to her move out, she explained the reason and he proceeded to scream and shout in her face. Swearing at her in an aggressive manner and extremely loud a coloured security guard who also worked for yourself came over after witnessing everything.

By this time my daughter was in a full panic attack and scared. She ended up after this medics helping with Gaz Morris who has been amazing and a medic literally nearly carrying her. She couldn’t breath or feel her hands when I got there and we spent until 1 am in the hotel until she could move. Then we drove home to Derbyshire.

I know a lot of messages have been sent regarding Amelia but as you can imagine it was important for both of us for her to move forward in her mental health. She has been suicidal from what she saw that night.

She enjoyed the concert but was disappointed after being at the opposite side for most of the night not interaction with that side after being expensive tickets.

I really don’t know what else to say and after all the email sent everywhere probably won’t hear back but I am FURIOUS
