Besides I have a copy of a 150 night rate at 3 nights from the reservation sofeware print up to my bank I paid $750 advandace depoit while checking in thecran my debit card pre athorzation which automatically subtracts the money and only can be relesed by an employee 4 pre autorzations of 1511.64 1052.43 530.01 and 471.71 then I had a double back to back charge of 3151.00 I aproved one and paid 1864.46 for room charged I had 43,865.00 in my account and dont gamble tell how I left with 21,435.99 and all this money held with no release id number and they changed there billing sofewear 2 months aftermy stay

Desired outcome: I would exspect compinsation and i would srttle for 5,000 just to avoid a civil suite that i would have to file and put maybe re money out to get my own money back which with time and money
