Hardy Ford review: Auto sales person using my down payment to lower price on truck.

The sales person came back from the manager office and said she got a $74,000.00 truck price down to $54,000.00. It was getting late and she rushed me to the finance office. I am in 65 years old and a disable vet and was very tired. They were tuning the lights off forcing me to sign faster. with out reading the contract. I had to use the restroom and was told where to go. I stumbled through a dark room and slammed into a glass wall. On the way home the sleepy warning light came on and stayed on asking me to pull over.

When I got home I read what I signed and the way the sales rep got the price of the truck down WAS TO TAKE OUR $20,000.00 DEPOSIT AND USED IT TO DROP THE PRICE DOWN TO $54,000.00. The sale rep was saying the truck was new and it had 3000 miles on it. We went back the next day and talked to the dealership manager who was really nice about it and gave me another truck just like the one I just bought this one was new. I only wanted to spend $50,000.00 on a truck and I ended up paying $67,000.00 for the truck. This scam that the night manager and the finance officer was in on. caused me to spend more than I wanted. The next day, I called the manager and said If I was going to spend that much money , I should pick out the truck that I really wanted. He said that the only thing I could do was to trade it in.
