yes i had a dealing with this theif and fraud he conned £400 pound rom me saying the same thing. he also gave me his mobile and a proposed statement from british telecom which had his supposed address and land line number. he also gave me his mobile, all of which he has now changed. he got me to send him the money via ukash! he showed me via email items of the degree and transcripts, he said he was iranian, he is on facebook and linked in. maybe we should tell his family about his actions. he said to me that he did not accept friend requests via facebook as he did not want his family knowing about his "work activities". once he changed his email from the hotmail account, he sent me his new email and of which he is not now replying. the new email address is as follows: outco.scotland2@gmail.com.

he is now not using this email address and will notrespond to any of my calls. he is purporting to be able to get you a degree from hertfordshire university and that he and his contact there are able to get your name on to the computer system for an award of either a Bachelors or a Masters degree and they would re-write the masters thesis or re-word someone elses in order to make it look like yours. he even told me that he had to change his hotmail email address because he had already had a complaint out there. so watch out hans, people are on to your rotten, loathesome, disengenuine self!
