Worst Customer Service ever. 2 months after receiving the stove, both thermostats went out. After that I found out they delivered the wrong stove; ordered one set up for Natural Gas; they instead delivered one set-up/plumbed for Propane (burners are constantly going out since it is set-up for propane instead of natural gas). Company reps have been either ignoring me, failing to return my calls, asking the same questions over and over again, and sending me contact info for local repair personnel who in turn say they don't work on Hallman Stoves. Additionally, large oven takes 40 minutes to heat up to 400 degrees. They have failed to offer any solutions to my problems. This has been going on for 10 months...
