I bought a puppy from Hall Of Fame Bulldogs in 7484 Market Avenue N Canton, OH 44721, owners: Mark Drown & Yvonne Garber Stratton, I picked her on 12-18-2020, I had her vet checked and then one day when she didn't have 2 months with us she started limping, I took her to the vet same day, got X-rays on her and she didn't had anything wrong, just beginning of hip dysplasia, normal in her breed, but then suddenly 4 days after that she passed away on 2/3/2021, when I took her to the vet she take her another X-rays and make biopsy and necropsy and she came out with a bacteria that killed her in 4 days, when I told him what happened he told me that another dog that he had, same age and mostly strange his puppy started limping as mine 1 day before, I send him the necropsy and biopsy report cause she had a 1 year guarantee when I bring her home and when he took a look on it he just said that he can't give me another puppy neither my money back, so he offer me another dog for less money so I confronted him stating that he sold me a sick dog cause, what kind of dog can pass away so suddenly with regulars vet checks and with no reason, she dies for a bacteria in her hip, how that can happen? Please let me know how can I report him, when I told him that he just told me to [censored] up and stopped communicating with me, so he took my $3, 200 on the puppy value plus I already spent in her another $2, 000.

This is Mark from Hall of Fame Bulldogs. What this person isn't telling you is that the pup that lived with us was NEVER around her pup. What she is also not saying is that her vet must have misdiagnosed the problem and that led to the infection that the pup got almost 2 months AFTER she left our home. She also didn't state in any of this the FACTS that the autopsy showed no genetic defects and that is what our health guarantee covers - GENETIC DEFECTS. She also didn't tell you about how she filed a bogus report with BBB and after I STATED ALL THE FACTS IN BLACK AND WHITE the BBB went back to her and asked for a rebuttal and she didn't respond so they threw that complaint out. Since it was not a genetic defect we didn't owe her anything. I did offer a pup at a discount to her but couldnteven tell her a price because they shot that down.. We run a reputable business and follow our health guarantee to the T! One other thing she didn't state the facts on correctly was that a male was on the phone with me being belligerent when I told him to shut the "f" up. After all her bogus complaints why would I want to communicate or do anything for them!. Maybe I should have realized this was going to go badly after they had the puppy and was asking if the puppy was being mean because it was nibbling and biting on them and other things around them. Maybe the dog was smarter than the human who owned it.

Reputable business I think not ! We purchased two puppies totaling over $7500 in 2021 our female pup had stitches left in her stomach from a hernia repair we weren't aware that became severely infected. I could write a whole lot more here about the over $4,000 in vet bills I've shelled out. Do your research folks.
