Hague Quality Water of Olathe Kansas needs to be stopped from ripping off the public. We are looking for fellow customers that paid for equipment & services they did not receive. We have spent over $12, 000 to date. This does not include the additional plumbing and electrical equipment & services they insisted we needed to make their equipment work. We have a wet mess in our basement from their leaking equipment. They have lied to us for years & placed our health at risk. We were taken for thousands of dollars. My husband was very ill at the time and Matt took advanage of him. Hague Quality Water of Olathe Kansas ripped us off from the time we signed the contract. Our basement was full of useless equipment. Where do we sign up to a witness for the prosecution?
Dear "Happy Hague" - What Matt doesn't tell you (or anyone else for that matter), is that he uses the cheapest carbon out there, which REQUIRES yearly changes. If he actually used the carbon that HAGUE THE COMPANY insists dealers provide, it wouldn't need to be changedfor 25 YEARS. He is ripping you off, and you don't even know it.
I have grown up with a water system since the day that I was born. My father replaced multiple systems in the 18 years that I lived with him. It is nice to know that the Hague system that matt offers has a 25 year warranty bumper to bumper warranty. The only thing I have to do is get my carbon changed, (That is just like having my oil changed on my car.) and it is guaranteed to work for the entire 25 years. If it does not they will fix or replace it for free. If there is even a question of it is working he will send some one out to check it for free. I don't think I could ask for anything else. In my experience most company's make there money on service and labor. Matt gives both for free for the entire 25 years
DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (CBS) — A Doylestown man is headed to trial in Bucks County on charges he ripped off a couple that purchased a water filtration system but never got it. And police believe there may be more victims out there.
Steven Wiley waived his preliminary hearing and will stand trial on numerous charges that include theft, receiving stolen property, and deceptive business practices — all felonies.
Police say the 50-year-old man took money from an Upper Makefield couple last June for a home water treatment system but failed to do the work.
“Mr. Wiley was the one that actually did the installations He came out to the house, gave them an estimate, and they signed on and provided a check to him in the amount of $4, 500, ” says Bucks County prosecutor Marc Furber.
Police believe that Wiley cashed the check and used the money for personal use.
Furber says Wiley worked for Hague Quality Water and may have taken advantage of other residents.
“We understand there may be others out there, and frankly we’d like other individuals that may have fallen victim to this same scheme to contact the Upper Makefield Township police department, ” he says.
We've had our system over 10 yrs! We are very pleased knowing we use something everyday we've never done anything with. Pretty sure you don't want the jury to hear my story!
I would be very interested in sharing my story we just purchased our system a year ago and have had nothing but trouble with it. The system leaked causing thousands of dollars of damage and Hague didn't do anything. We tried to contact Matt the owner several times and he would not return our call.
