On Jan 14th, Sunday, I signed up to view the home at 7271 E crooked Creek Ct. Tucson, AZ 85750. I followed the steps with my ID and a live picture and paid $1.99 for the visits in the options to pay. I took my 8yr old son with me in the morning and went in and out with the codes accessed no problems and left no problem. I like the house enough to bring my wife back later to view the home. On this visit I had to call the 800 Rently customer service as the neighborhood gate was not open and we needed the code. It may have been someone from 'Hacienda Bella Realty & Property Management - The guy was nice and after a bit the code he eventually sent me by text worked. My wife and I viewed the home same as I did earlier in the day and locked up left the key all was good. Later I was contacted by text that "The Landlord has cameras all over the home and we have you on camera stealing candles and personal items". I responded that they must have a mix up and the fact there are cameras is good and to please just check and see that obviously it was not me. I thought that was good if there were cameras and was a little annoyed at being accused, but at that point I thought the guy texting me from Rently was just given bad info and left it alone. However, the guy started texting me more and saying it was us, that my picture earlier could have been from a year ago, that the police would be called, and a report made etc. etc. At this point I sent a video of myself and my wife to show current time and date and stated that I expect a full apology and was upset at the accusations being perpetuated. Now, if he was given bad info, it could have been resolved if they just looked at whatever videos they said the Landlord has. Yet, after the back and forth was over, it occurred to me that he was perhaps lying about any videos because he kept insisting we stole from them. Although it doesn't really make a difference that my wife and I make over 200k a year and are selling our home in Ventana canyon among just plain knowing who we are, but these accusations are just ridiculous and truly shocking the way we were attacked. This is why I am making this complaint. The serious unprofessional actions and attitude the employee for Rently displayed. I have been looking for a police report or call so I could respond to that if necessary. None has come. My wife and I would like an apology from this company if anyone cares to look into the matter.

Claimed loss: No loss - i do have text screenshots from the back n forth that day

Desired outcome: My wife and I would like an apology from this company if anyone cares to look into the matter.
