Habbo.com review: Unjustified banned account

This complaint is to address a issue with Habbo staff moderation & support team in regards to a permanently banned account without justification or reason.

Before I get into the complaint I was to make it clear that I have always followed the Habbo terms and services and have not once received a warning on my account for going against the websites terms and agreement.

My account (mcmahon-safety) was permanently banned in 2017 with the ban message "unauthorized access to accounts is not permitted". At the time of the ban I was completing a transfer of my coins, and all valuables from my account 30up to my safety account mcmahon-safety. It does not say in the terms and services of Habbo.com that this such activity is prohibited. During the completion of the transfer approximately 1-2 minutes later my account was permanently banned.

At the time I immediately started a ban appeal support ticket. In the ticket I mentioned what had happened and why I believe the ban imposed on my account was unjustified and unreasonable in nature. I provided validation for both my accounts 30up & McMahon-Safety in the appeal.

After I did not receive any response to my support ticket for over 8 weeks. When checking the ticket on the help tool it indicated "open" on the blue tab on the right. I believe 8 weeks is more than reasonable amounts of time to respond to a support ticket so I opened a additional ticket indicating to support that my previous ticket has been open for 8 weeks without a response. That ticket was closed within 24 hours without a response and the original ban appeal ticket still showed 'open'.

I personally tried to reach a Habbo staff member inside of the game to speak about my unanswered appeal but did not have luck in doing that. Any additional ticket I would create would be closed without a response.

After 8 months I got a response to my ticket stating that the account had been banned longer than 6 months and would not be considered for a appeal as the 6 month mark was the limit to appeal for the ban. When I tried responding to the message explaining that my ticket was opened 15 minutes after the ban had taken place but your support team had failed to respond to it in a timely manner my ticket was again closed without a response.

After this point I had tried for nearly two years to follow up with more support tickets trying to plead with Habbo support to see that my appeal was never looked at in a timely manner. Every single time I got a automated response instantly saying that it has been longer than 6 months and will not be considered for appeal.

I understand that under terms and services of Habbo.com it states any ban appeal that is longer than 6 months will not be considered. In my particular case my appeal was never given a response and additional tickets were closed by the support team. I believe that these actions against a user are unjustified and simply immoral.

As I understand mistakes and misunderstandings do happen in the real world but the Habbo Support team made no effort to resolve my issue after years of pleading on the support page. After reading various forums and community responses to incidents like this it seems to be a common practice for the support team to close tickets without response.

I am still willing to speak to a Habbo staff member to resolve this and bring my account in good standing as I have spent enormous amounts of time and finances on my account.

I still have all original tickets and appeals saved on my email and will be willing to show evident proof that this did happen to me.

Desired outcome: Unban of my permanent ban that was mistakenly / unjustly banned.
