Griffis Lakeline Apts – Concern

Hello am concern Not happy on a circumstance which happen at Griffis Lakeline Apts I reside in Austin Texas I live in the Griffis Apts So I been late a few times on my rent At times cause my payday falls over the due date. Why is that a reason to penalize a indivdual I been living in this apt at least 7 years. I work hard to pay this rent So I tried to pay rent today online They have me disabled my account They claim I had several rent check return But its cause my paydays fall different every month I had problems with my payroll system at work I always go to the office and communciate this with them I dont understand why am getting treated this way Griffis Apts polices are not good for the community The 25 fee for trash is not expectable either They come four days out of the week I only use two days a week Which I can walk to the dumpster I think it should be optional for residents They charge 100 dollars first day late 10 dollars everyday after for as the late charges I understand they have polices But have they been watching the news Economy has been hurting At least am working to make sure I pay them I need more care from coming from this corporation for the people I hope some important people see this..
