My fiance has a foreign gentleman with the same phone number calling him numerous times throughout the day trying to sell him on different offers companies are offering. One of the calls he managed to get my fiances social security number as well as his bank account information when he sold him on 2 different companies. He said he was with Consumer Loans and that my fiance was guareenteed a loan regardless and all he had to do was pay $1 to Transunion to obtain his credit score. My fiance did as instructed and was told his loan would be deposited next business day. He was rather upset when instead of a loan being deposited there was a $24.95 charge to his bank account. That is when I had him check to make sure he did just get tricked into signing up for a monthly subscription instead. Turns out he was tricked as there was a subscription started. We stopped payment and had the charge reversed and cancelled the card he used for the transaction. The gentleman then called back to ask why he stopped payment and when he was told why the gentleman then pitched a line for a sale of a Green light debit card child account. When my boyfriend said he doesnt have children the man said It didnt matter that he could put anyone down. I got to thinkling maybe these people get a commission for signing people up for various things? My fiance disconnected the call and did not answer when the man called back. The man kept calling! He called 4 more times with my fiance not answering the phone. He is calling everytime from the same phone number. I tried to call the number back and received no answer. The next time he called I answered the phone and I told him that we no longer wish to receive calls from this number and to take us off the list and told him we disputed the charges from the Transunion and that we dont appreciate the waste of time and to please stop calling because it is becoming bothersome and I will report for harrassment. He hung up on me. The same number called 3 more times and we did not answer. Today the same number has already called 3 more times AFTER I told him yesterday NOT to. It is only 10:30 am... How can I make this stop? The phone number he is calling from is not an 800 number either but a number with a New York area code [protected]

Desired outcome: Stop calling us!! If it is indeed scandelous behavior he needs to stop!! Not everyone out there is smart enough to catch this and not everyone has money to throw away like this!! Especially in this economy!!
