Greenlaw Tax review: Tax relief help

I contacted Greenlaw Tax on May 6th 2022 about tax problem. Was told they could help and would be contacted by the IRS that Greenlaw would be representing us. I was charged $7500 and was told that was their fee. They set up a loan for $25,000 that I was told was to fund Greenlaw to represent me over the next 5 years.

I have ask for updates on my IRS status on Jun 19, I ask for a refund of $7500 and to have the loan cancelled. Received no response. July 6. Received a response on July 6 that nothing new to report. Ask for an update on Aug. 19 and have received no response.
