Greece Police Greece NY review: Unethical behavior

I don't know where to start complaining. Thank you for contacting me! While living in Greece NY from 1986 to 2015 I have been harassed and have PSTD. The people who lived across the street from us are multiple personalities and dug up our flowers, made lewd gestures toward me and are bogus nurses and doctors and are cruel to the newborns .They are pedophiles. They harassed my youngest child after being born at Rochester General Hospital. They (the neighbors) spray painted our house and fought with the police constantly, punching each other and also the police where in their house for hours doing God knows what! It appeared as though the neighbors were having an affair with at least one of the police officers. The neighbors still park across the street from where we live now, I have also seen them parked outside my sister in laws cottage! The police also stalked me at work, at home (the same officers that were across the street!) Really weird! At work I was harassed by a co worker and attacked and threatened by her boyfriend, again a multiple personality. My ex husband and I where harassed and bullied at a High School reunion by friends of all those people, the co worker, the neighbors, the cult at the hospital, and the other D.A.R.E officer. They all know each other. We foreclosed on our house and the harassers moved in (pedophile from the hospital) I want the neighbors arrested and the pedophile that now lives in our house, at 36 Anglers Cove, Hilton NY. 14468 and also 31 Anglers Cove Hilton NY.14468.
