On Nov. 11,2022 Wife and I stopped at Grand Appliance in Sun Prairie. Our microwave needed replacement. Since we brought a GE fridge ( Slate color)4 years ago we went back to them, we wanted the microwave to match. At that point we decided to upgrade our stove also. The Manager ( Chris Chappell)

Said, the stove did not come in slate color and was discontinued 2 months ago.

I asked if there was any still left in a warehouse somewhere if he could check,

He said none were available So we decided to get both items in Stainless Steel. After I was home the next day I looked on line and found 81 of them available. So he lied to me so could make a quick sale on the stainless steel on both items. I went back to store the next day to ask about his mistake. He got nasty and rude with me and said he would cancel the whole order and I should not come in the store again. After some arguing he said he would upgrade the microwave to a better model ( never happened). In the slate color we wanted. And I could order slate stove on my own. ( which I did). Which cost me over $300.00 more with delivery. On phone calls with him he called me a BAD PERSON this is how they treat returning customer? I was also charged twice $36.00 for delivery for the microwave they picked up because it was damaged. I WILL NEVER BUY ANTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I did call customer service they did not return my calls.

WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

Desired outcome: Plus the cost of the microwave upgrade which was promised. $300.00
