On 1/04/2023 a plumber from G.R. Metro Plumbing LLC was contracted by my landlord Charles Hardy and made a service call to my house that day to investigate and repair a bathroom drain issue. As requested by the plumber I ran the rinse cycles on my washing machine to demonstrate a gurgling in my bathroom drains and toilet that happens while doing laundry. While doing this, the plumber opened all the bathroom faucets and kept flushing the toilet and during one flush almost caused an overflow onto the floor, and this ultimately resulted in an overflow in my septic tank that was already stressed from the massive snow amounts received Christmas week and then a melt off that occurred in less than a week during the 2022 Christmas holidays. He then went out to the flooded septic tank caused by the constant running of water for over 30 minutes, and with out the consent of my landlord, he dug up and removed the cap from the septic tank and then just left it open and drove away and never addressing the drain issue and no explanation as to if or when he would return. On 1/6/2023 I payed $295. out of pocket to Plummers Waste Group to get my septic pumped as my rental agreement pays for only one service annually.

Desired outcome: G.R. Metro Plumbing in all fairness should reimburse me for The $295. to get the septic tank pumped, and for the disputed bill of $220 submitted by the plumber.
