GPay Network (M) Sdn Bhd has failed to transfer the fund from Merchant GrabPay wallet into the designated Merchant bank account as agreed in the Grabpay Merchant Addendum.
We have made hundreds of attempts for months via emails and call to Grab payment support team to appeal, dispute, and complaint to recall our fund but failed.
We hope somebody here will help us to escalate our issue with Grabpay to return back our hard earn money.
