After getting lump sum charges 4700INR in SBI A/c # [protected] dated 11-10-10 on company behalf by New-Delhi advocate Mr. Ramsharan Yaday S/o Sh. Yougeshwar Yaday R/o thana Kishanpur Spaul my passed loan 1, 95, 000INR not disbursed yet out of applied 2, 00, 000INR at 0 % interest, at 40 % subsidy and within 48hours against advertisement in paper Danik Jagran dated 05.10.2010.

All such intentional mal practice damaged my self-employement, because, as attached herewith I was M.Com passed unemployed in urgent need against the security of certificates.

I've all the proofs for investigation.

For needed action to get disburse my loan so withheld with compensation, I shall thankful to you.
