Gov-X Travel review: Refund

I booked 4 nights at the Nugget Sparks, went to check in, and the place smelled like the inside of ash tray dump site, checked in early (25$ chg). I am a 100% disabled vet, with serious breathing problems, among other issues. I tried to sleep, and could not, so I sat with my oxygen generator at max. I could not get my blood oxy above 90, and my generator was overheating. I packed up and checked out, The clerk gave ma a Number to call expedia, and said they would refund. Unfortunately I booked with GOV-X and they told me to pound sand!
