GoPuff is an absolute scam, and their customer service is a complete joke. I placed an order for over $30 worth of White Claws — which I have always had delivered to my address in Pittsburgh — only to have their glitchy, broken app decide to send my order to Ohio. (Fun fact: I haven’t been to Ohio in months.)
I immediately reached out to customer support and was greeted by a robot that wasted 15 minutes of my time before I finally got to a real person. After another 20 minutes of frustrating back-and-forth, I asked to speak to a supervisor, thinking surely someone with actual authority could fix THEIR mistake. Nope. The supervisor did absolutely nothing. Their response? "It's policy."
Excuse me? Your "policy" is to take my money, send my order to a completely wrong state, and then refuse to correct it or refund me? I got nothing. No product. No refund. Just $30 stolen from me because GoPuff’s broken app sent my order to an address I NEVER selected.
This isn’t just bad service; this is outright theft. There is no reason why an order that was clearly placed in error due to a system glitch couldn’t be corrected, refunded, or at the VERY least credited back in some way. This is unethical, disgraceful, and a total scam.
Save yourself the headache — use literally ANY other service that actually values its customers. I’ll never use GoPuff again.
