Good Dog review: Did not return puppy after refund

I'm breeder. Person bought pup. Inadvertantly labled dog. Correct before final purchase. Buyer requested refund. Gooddog gave refund and stated weather pup was returned or not. I was happy to return refund once pup was returned. Gooddog gave the refund and the puppy was not returned. Now gooddog is trying to take refund out of my checking acct. I have blocked them. They should not be able to take refund if puppy was not returned. They could have intervened and did not. I would like gooddog to either return my pup or cease to collect from me.
