On 9/26/22 I responded to an online ad to buy GoKeto SHARK tank gummies. Buy 3 get 2 free for 39.95 with free shipping.. After several attempts to pay with my I was finally able to complete the payment. When I got an email of the transaction I was charged for all 5 bottles and paid an extra 20 for shipping.. when the product arrived it was defective. 2 bottles of the gummies were perfect red green yellow gummies. The other 3 bottles the gummies were all dark and had what looked like specks of mold on it. I contacted customer support and they told me I could not get a refund for 6 months. Customer service rep was very rude to me and would not let me talk to a supervisor.
