Guys I think its time to stop ###ing.Fine people are not happy with the way the work and train their employees but they definitely do good for the society. I am an ex employee settled abroad and yes like other girls I went to different places, met different people and approached them for donation.I also trained other team members and I became branch manager too.Ofcourse I was paid decent amount for the work I did.I left the company when I got better opportunity.Its not easy to go meet people and ask for donations. I was not comfortable in the beginning.But today when I look back I feel so thankful to god that he made me learn things hard way during the initial years of my career and that experience helped me cope up with diffrent people I meet today Internationally. FYI Im an Assistant Buyer working for one of the biggest chain of retail store in Europe and travel around Asia, negotiate with the suppliers to get best deals for the store. Global Vision surely helped me to make what I am. And yes they help Cancer patients to the max extent budget allows. You cant say that NGO is fake because you dont like the way they operate. All the NGOs opearate in more or less similar way.They hire people to collect money and pay them for the job they do.They are promised that they will be promoted after certain period of time depending on how good is their leadership skiils.Rules to approach people differs from country to country.Like in UK and Singapore representatives usually stand the shopping malls/ Metro station/Airport and community events to approach people.They carry files with them to demonstrate the work NGO does and give proper receipt to anybody who contributes.Does it mean all the NGOs around the world are fake ? Now pls dont say k Vo UK/ Singapore hai and ye India hai. Hamare log and government itni bhi bevkoof nahi hai.If this NGO is fake and so many people are having complaints then why this organization is stilloperating? Im sure you wont find any proof to shut it down.If you search in the website called as Glassdoor, you will find filthy complaints about every single company existing in the planet earth, posted by their present and ex employees .So yes, All the companies existing are fake ! But we have intelligent bunch of people here in this forum who are 'Masters of Filthy Language' and are sure that they are extremely knowledge! All the best guys.. Keep wasting your time !

i do agree with the complaint about cheating...
They do call for interview for post of managers and without proper interview they do select the people.
the very next day they call for training. they do rehearsals for asking donations and how to ask and what are the steps to get the fund like so on..
then they do send for streets to shops and for many offices to ask for donations ..
they say to join about 10 members under the person as a team.
if you join 10 members they say they will promote as you as a manager.
One of my friend who is working there went to give seminar about this ngo for raising fund, the people in the organisation have called up the hospital and enquired about the patient. they said that there is no patient of that name.
So please beaware

I appeal public to avoid donating such organization, you never know where this money goes, may be some terrorist act too. so not to single paisa to these kind of organization. There are many scheme from govt of India like Rajeev Gandhi Jivan dayini yojana where people can get treatment free of cost. There these so call social NGO don't guide people about these schemes but beg for money for other casue. they may be helping 1% people just to show on papers. But most of them are fraud or doing some business behind this so called social cause. SO don't show any mercy for such calls - most of the time these are girls appointed just for [protected] salary or even now a days students are also their target. daily you get 3-4 such emotional call and if you help all of them then I am one day you will be begging on street and no one will help you.

I know these thugs personally, In day they loot Indian people
In night they are looting foreign people saying they have problems with there computers.
They show false virus in the computer and take money to repair. the computer which is not there.
Somebody from THANE should take action against this call centre cum NGO.

I know this global vision ngo n it's bangalore branch...one lady assistant manager is there who is devil...many girls left d organization dye to her...she has been giving unsocial lesson to d girls working there...marriage is only for sex...don't listen ur husband...leave that all n work for ngo...aabusing there husband in front of them only...but..surprised that girls leave there organization but they never come up with their voice..otherwise they will simply listen..whatever she says..
Girls have u lost ur self respect... Is this d only job u can get...every easy thing is not good...think...come Up with our confident voice...I know what going on there n...that is not d way how ngo works...

I joined this ngo and worked there for 5 days... it is a fake ngo and their only motive is to make money by preparing well qualified girls to beg for donations in a sofisticated way.
They dont really help cancer patients

yes this ngo is really fake...i joined this ngo few days back...and beleive me they really prepare us for convincing people to give donations...my senior made me roam around from one office to another...and i dont know why they have a rule that we cant exchange numbers from other collegues...now i have left that organization becoz i dont want to earn money by making people fool becoz all the money goes in the salaries of the employees and in the pockets of the managers.
