Dear Sir/ Madam
I write this Email to bring to your notice, the fraudulent practices being carried out by a Dubai based
immigration consultancy service provider named Global Strategic Business Consultancy which
is a subsidiary of the India based World Wide Immigration Consultancy Services(WWICS).
This consultant made a false commitment to the undersigned who is a wannabe immigrant to
Australia and charged AED 4400 as the advance towards processing my application for immigration
to Australia under the employment code 2254- Technical Sales Representative. However, a few
days after the payment was made they informed me that I do not qualify for the position mentioned
above and hence, they cannot submit my documents to be processed. Needless to say, this created
a lot of emotional agony to me but, with out seeking any kind of a compensation, I requested them to
refund the amount of AED 4400 due to me but, now neither are they willing to refund the money due
to me nor are they willing to process my application.
As you can see, this is a gross violation of human rights in general and consumer rights in particular.
This kind of fraudulent and unscrupulous act also brings disrepute to the clean image of other genuine
immigration consultants and also to the Australian immigration authority for no mistake of theirs.
I would like to take this opportunity to request you to take punitive measures against this consultant
which is apparently involved in an Australian immigration scam and assist me to reclaim the amount
paid to them along with appropriate monetary compensation for the financial loss as well as mental
agony caused as a result of this unscrupulous act committed by Global strategic business consultancy, Dubai, UAE.
