I placed two seperate orders from one of this companies sites. www.legalbuds.com, they have many affiliate sites that sell the same product. order 1: August 3 2009 OnlineOrder_[protected]. Order was for a Legalbuds sampler pack, and a smoking oils sampler pack. This order actually arrived after my second order on August 28th. The package contained the legalbud sampler, but was missing the smoking oils sampler which had a 59.99 usd value. order 2: August 4 2009 OnlineOrder_[protected]. Order was for a herbal blends sampler pack, a meershaum smoking pipe, and liquid relaxation extract. The order arrived August 21st. It was missing the pipe and the liquid relaxation. Value of liquid relaxation 17.99 usd. Not sure of the value of the pipe. Before the order was placed, and while I was waiting for delivery, any time I had a question via email, they responded same day. On August 21st, I emailed to inform them of the missing items from my second order. I got a reply a couple hours later from Rob stating that I would see the refund on my credit card within 5-8 business days. 10 business days later, there is no refund. I contacted them again on August 29th to inform them of the missing items in my first order that finally arrived. At this point, they completely stopped responding to my emails. It went from same day responses to no response to 6 emails over a 5 day period, and I still haven't heard from them regarding the delay on my first refund, or any acknowledgement at all of the second delivery missing items. On my ninth call (first time someone answered), I finally got someone who was completely indefferent and unapologetic for the issues they're causing me, the problems with delivery, not replying to emails anymore, or the delay in refunding me my money. The person on the phone advised I would get a refund "eventually" and ended the call without even finding out what was missing from the order, so they have no idea what to refund unless they look at my ignored emails.
