Girard RecyclingThere is two sides to every story.

This customer misrepresented his material and weights. When I tried to explain, all he did is scream and swear at me.
And in the end I still gave him a fair price for that item and paid him in full over $3000.00.

In the past 3 years since I have been a member of the BBB my business has serviced over 25000 customers… If we did cheat customers, I would think the BBB would have a list of complaints on my company. They DO NOT.. This is the only issue my company has and I am working with the BBB rep.

I feel I have done nothing wrong, I was more then fair…. And I hope this will not stop customer from wanting to work with us.

    I own my own company, I have been in business for over 30yrs, i have dealt with every scrap yard
    in the Youngstown, OH area. I have seen them come and go that said, i have been doing business with Girard Recycling Since they opened there doors for business. they have always been fare on pricing, and there always on spot with weights. if i am there or not ! unlike other place that i wont say anything about in our area. i feel it is a insult and rude to slander a honest mans name or business. I will keep doing business with Girard Recycling
    And i say Sam the owner is one of few honest business men left in are area !
