Giftcards.com review: I cannot activate or redeem it!

I received a $25 Treat Yourself gift card issued by Giftcards.com which I cannot redeem. I tried scanning the QR code on the card, and it does not recognize it. I logged into the website, but it calls for a CVV# and an expiration date, but my card does not have that info. I only have a card# and pin#. I tried calling the customer service number on the card (833-568-8729) but there's no way to speak to a human being. I tried emailing them and got no response whatsoever. I tried every possible way to reach Giftcards.com to no avail. I need to speak to a person. Or is this a scam?
