Ghous Dar review: employee of PIA 1

A large number of Pakistani people living in Canada particularly in Toronto humbly request you to please look into the following.

An employee of PIA namely Malik Mahmood is working at Toronto Airport. The attitude of this employee is favorable with the passengers of his personal contacts. He doesn’t care the rest of the passengers who are in majority. When the passengers are standing in the Queue the passengers of his personal contacts come and he call them on the first class counter and oblige them by taking their baggage over and above their entitlement. May be he is getting something in return from them but the PIA is certainly loosing lot of revenue. Our people are watching this at the airport on every flight. Many times we have complained to the Station Manager/Country Manager but they seem unable to take any action against him.

Malik Mahmood has been working in PIA for the last 15 years at Toronto Airport. We came to know that he is local staff of PIA. PIA usually sends PIA officials to foreign countries for three years. How this person is here in Toronto for the last 15 years. PIA management should investigate his background. He is so powerful. Who is behind him? If he is a Canadian Citizen, how he got the Canadian Citizenship. Is PIA has no other reasonable employee to replace him or he will work for whole life in Toronto. He is above of all employees and it seems that PIA Country Manager/Station Manager Toronto are working under him. Such kinds of people are sinking the airline.
