Getflv.com review: Product doesn't work 1

I contacted GETFLV.COM before purchasing their product and asked specific questions on whether or not the software would work for my needs. I was informed that it would work as I need it to and they gave me the instructions to pay and download it . They were prompt with their responses before they got my money, after I purchased and downloaded their software I cannot get a single response from them! their software does NOT work at all like they said it would, I have asked them for assistance at least once a week for the past month and they refuse to respond! Now I am getting very upset that they ripped me off! Do not purchase this downloadable software from GETFLV.COM, they will respond to your emails until you pay them, then they don't respond at all after they get your money!
