Yesterday, Aug 7, I walked into the credit union to speak to someone, get a counter check. The CU wasn't that crowded, but I still waited for half an hour before I got up, wheezing and sick and on the way to the hospital and almost demanded attention. I waited for several hours the last time I was there to do something insignificant. I just don't have the time! And there's no more real drive thru to speak with a person, just a tilly machine. I will be closing my account there.

Desired outcome: I would love an apology.
