GDR Property Management & Faraday Apartment – Ful refund for deposit, carpet steam cleaning fee, & unjust charged penalty

We have moved recently moved out from The Faraday Apartment in 4322 4th Street NW Albuquertque, NM 87107. When we first moved into the Faraday, it had a great manager and we were promissed that we can move out using the military clause even though we are not in Active Duty but DOD civilian works for the Army and will be moving anytime the military transfer orders come through. And it was highlighted in our Lease Agreement on dated begining of July 2018. But after 2 months living on the 4th street with all the traffick noisies we transferred to the other side that was facing the gated parking side. Then it was sold to new owner who had hired the GDR Property management company 2 years ago. They had changed our lease ending at the end of August 31st each year and renew lease date starting 1st of September, year. When we gave our notice to move with our military PCS order but Sarah Rich, mgr. owner of GDR. refused to answers to our multiple attemts to contact by phone calls, emails, texts... the Faraday apartment office are closed mpermananly it seems. We even try to meet Sarah in person at GDR office but was told that they are closed due to COVID 19? when everything else are open fully. The proprty never provided us with Steam carpet cleaning but they demanded we provided the receipt, we had cleaned the apt professionaly and the steam cleaned carpet and provided receipts. But they are charging us for 2months penalty and carpet stem cleaning and subtracted from our sec. deposit. When we asked for owner information, we were told they will not give us any owner info becase they were hired to do deal with problems. The GDR property management is unprofessional and never provides any services but all they want from the tanents is paid for something they never even done, like carpet steam cleaning, and changing the lease dates then charging 2 months penalty when we paid whole month rent in August and our lease ends at the end of August.
