My ex-girlfriend advised me to use the services of GBG Collision Repair. She assured me that I would get good services and told me that my car was in safe place. But after 9 months of all repairs, the company sent me the bill for the storage. I didn’t know that they took this fee, and if I knew I wouldn’t leave my car there. My ex-girlfriend also lied to me and told that the car was in safe place, but it wasn’t. They haven’t finished the repair.
The owner of GBG Collision (GBG), Mr. Jay Harrell has retained Innovative Consulting Solutions (ICS) to review this incident and provide a resolution that is fair to the customer and GBG.
