GATEWAY BUSINESS FORCE IS A FRAUD
Check this: same people, just names that change. one time ernie or mac mott, another time to mckenzie with his daughter who calls herself louise busch and sometimes michalea barrett.

Tom Mckenzie is the personality behind a group of websites mainly with addresses in Ontario Canada. He claims to have access to capital to fund projects and charges upfront fees claiming to undertake due diligence.
There is no evidence or testimonials to prove that anyone has ever received funds.
The websites have common factors that make the whole picture very suspicious originally the name was Prospexx Integrated Capital www.prospexx.com and www.prospexx-i-c.com however those two websites along with Barrett Capital Exchange have had many disgruntled clients complaining on the internet.
The website has been replicated with a name change and now appears under the name of Canada Capital www.canada-capital.ca so rather than proving it is a reputable company it has just changed its web name and making the same unsubstantiated claims.
Tom Mckenzie is the common thread within this suite of websites that seems to make false statements. These web sites have identical addresses and contact details and 4025 Dorchester Rd. Suite 305 Niagara Falls, ON, Canada L2E 7K8 is the same address used by www.peregrinefundingpartners.com and www.trideca-advisors.com there are generic similarities to these and other sites.
The address 150 Battery Street, Fort Erie Ontario Canada is used by Prospexx Integrated Capital. Number Contact 905.481.2329 this number is common to Prospexx Integrated Capital, Barrett Capital Exchange and now Peregrine funding Partners and Canada Capital Resources.
Trideca Advisors is a website that has only recently become live but makes identical claims to previous sites. It also has an address listed in the USA Suite 331, 266 Elmwood Av Buffalo, New York, USA.14222 and Toms direct line is listed on the contact details. An almost direct replication of this site is also at domain name
www.trideca-dealer-group.com. The information desk number is the same [protected].as Trideca Advisors and the address 2-504 Steele Street Suite 156 Port Colborne, Ontario L3K 6A7 Canada is common to www.canada-capital.ca, www.barrettcapital.ca, and www.trideca-dealer-group.com
All these sites make similar claims by what seems to be Tom Mckenzie that after charging upfront fees he has access to funding this is not supported by any proof.
He has posted some limited explanations to clients on the internet that seems to indicate that his clients agreed to paying him fees for trying to achieve funding but there is no proof he ever has.
This is the major problem with the claims on these websites and it is Mr Thomas Mckenzie that has to prove he has or can fund anything or the negative conclusions on the Internet must be assumed to be correct.
Is it a simple misrepresentation charging fees claiming the ability to access funds when there is no evidence to support that claim.
Is this a classic example of abuse on the internet to charge fees while making claims that can never be fulfilled? Or is it just a scam?

I am working with a man allegedly called Ernest Mac Mott and his daughter Mac Louise, of Gateway Business Force. After matching up posts and related addresses, which are not the exactly the same, I have a feeling they are running their scam under a new name.

When developing your own press releases you might want to be more original. I was tipped about this from my Canadian source.
Bromot Capital Consulting is again Tom Mckenzie and a simple google of this business name explains more of the same.
Proceed with Caution..Mac or Tom what ever he goes by knows who I am. I encourage anyone who seeks information about gateway business force please email me at [protected]@yahoo.com. I have pending investigations with several entities. Anyone can post a press release on those sites. It does not make them legit. I have documented all emails.
CLASH put it together, dig deeper and you will come to same conclusion I have. Google everything, match up similarties, phone numbers, everything. I have several emails from prior victims ... well Mac calls them liars. Anyone dealing with Brian the broker in the USA he knows very well what is going on.

ASK FOR A BUSINESS LICENSE -- ASK TO PROVE THEIR IDENTITY.
THey want to charge you 10K Plus to prove you are not a crook, ask to verify them ! HE cant, HE wont ! Ask to see verification of funds.
No record of Gateway Business force in any Canadian government website. A company formed in 1991 would have record with Canadian BBB, information about them that goes further back than 12/01/10.
If you already sent money to them---dont hold your breath to receive your funds.

Please review all relavent business names associated with Gateway Business force. People can make their own decisions based on those articles and valid complaints. Any direct lender in that area needs to register with the Ontario Securities Commission. The address found on Gateway Business Force website was just sold aka not a valid business address. Dishonest brokers receive 33% of the due diligence fee. Brokers with respect will not do business with Gateway Business Force. Unhappy customer ? How about unhappy victim. Please anyone email me at vince1231@yahoo.com and I have DOCUMENTED AND SAVED proof to explain my position. People can also read the timeline of how Mac's story changed once I asked for a refund of my good faith deposit. Would anyone send you a penny more knowing your track record? He can not explain why he is using old press releases and pretending they are brand new to Gateway Business Force ? I also have been in contact with prior victims of this scam who swear up and down not to do business with these people. All previous websites are no longer in service .. wonder why? Bromot Capital was under investigation and Gateway Business Force does not have the proper license nor registered to be a direct lender in Ontario Canada. Proceed at your own Peril. hmmm address is not correct on website, no record with any Canadian agency, and this guy pretends we should believe him? He already admits knowing of the previous people mentioned above. So Tom McKenzie had a daughter named micaelea. Ernie Mott has a daught named Louise ... When dealing within this industry there are two answers to funding requests, YES or NO. When it's a no, we try to help clients understand why we've chosen not fund their project. Some clients thank us for our help in recognizing the risk and try to make improvements, we’ve even had clients tell us that they have learned something about their business that they didn’t know. Sometimes we refer a client to another funding source that has different parameters and that would be more likely to fund their project.
Sometimes when we say no, clients are upset that they paid us a fee for due diligence and that we can't help them. It's a risk, it's their risk, and it’s our risk. Sometimes our risk is too large and we decline. And then we get unhappy customers such as the above. The situation of this previous poster was slightly different in that this client wanted to back out 1/3 of the way into our process (after paying and engaging us) and then demanded a refund. Unfortunately he wasted our time, we thought he had a good project but he chose not to continue with us and so we are faced with his unhappy reaction.
We were unable to come to satisfactory solutions with this previous poster and now he feels justified in regurgitating information he's found on line that he believes to be the truth, that’s his prerogative, and since this site seems to be getting a lot of hits, we thank this client for the free p.r. as there is no such thing as bad press!
As for the names you see above, YES, this is all us; we are a large group, of about 14 individuals participating in our financing group, funding projects on a monthly basis. No we don’t give our client names or references, we never have and we never will. No company was created to cover up another; no company was created to hide from unhappy customers. We have been in business, functioning legally for twenty years. If we were fraudulent scam artists, conning innocent people from their money we would have been stopped a long time ago. This information is incorrect.
Usually when we have unhappy clients we find a way to come to a satisfactory resolution, these posts that are out there are from 1 particular individual that purposely sought out our clients and decided to defame our name online, this other character is simply using the internet as a vehicle for his vendetta. We wish this person every success in the future and are pleased that he revealed himself to us prior to us committing and becoming under contract for funding.
