I had a car accident on the 24th of June 2022. At the beginning of July, my insurance approved for my car to go get repaired at Garden City Motors. My has been with them since up until the 23rd if September when I I went to collect it. On the 24th of June in the morning, I went to go fill up my petrol tank and a few hours later I got into an accident. When I received my car back, I noticed that a quarter of my petrol was used and they did not inform me. When I asked about it, they told me they would talk to their manager but I was still expected to pay the full access amount of R3000 in order to receive my car back. Another thing is that when I got my car back, when I was trying to roll down my driver's side window it was not working and I noticed this on my way home, but before the accident it was working perfectly fine. Also my car no longer automatically locks itself anymore.
