Car was totaled and burned, complete loss. Took 4 months to settle claim and wanted me to still make the car notes and did not have the car in my possesion. I will never ever buy Gap Insurance again!! The dealerships need to go to "GAP class" to be able to explain it more clearer to the purchaser. My car was in the impound lot for 3 weeks until they came and got it to start their investigation on my claim. I am obligated to pay that bill which I should not have to pay! Gap is not wanting to pay the loan off on my car or all the other fraudulent charges. So now I have a piece of ### car because of them, when before I had a brand new Honda Fit!!!
