Galerie Concorde, Inc. review: Art works 1

I brought several pieces of art by Peter Max, LeRoy Neiman and Erte. They were sold to me by Howard W. Bernett. He informed that the art was being sold at a wholesale price.

I would like to be included in the law suit to at least cover by investment. These were purchased in 1998.
I was told that would increase in value by at least 10% per year. I was sent Certificates 0f Appraisal by J. Poruks with retail replacement values with 100% more than being charged. I have a Certification of Appraisal on each piece of art that I brough
