They will not answer the phone if items are missing or broken after delivery. When they do answer the phone, they will hang up, once they realize who you are and your issue or concern. Once the rude delivery men arrive (later than promised), they will charge you an extra $75-$100 dollars to carry items 50feet. The contract states 75 feet, but trust me, they will drop your goods on the street if you do not pay them, IN CASH.

Just a warning, they do not have an office, it is run out of an apartment. Do not use this service, they are unprofessional and have several complaints filed against them with the Better Business Bureau of Chicago.
