Could not fill in the form successfully as would not accept state, did not receive payment confirmation by e-mail and discovered a few days later they had taken out the money from my account twice, did not receive the goods.
When trying to access the page again it came up saying account suspended and to contact billing department with no details on exactly how to contact them.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
