Have not received purchases!
I purchased the Starter Pack and the Premium Subscription and I have not received the items and benefits from either purchase. There is no Support from this publisher and the one email address I could find I have not gotten any replies.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I've spent money on your game but not another dime, I don't mind losing a game, you take everything away so I have buy more, I won't be pushed cheated or forced , I just turn you off when you're game starts cheating me, not ONE MORE DIME EVER, EVER ,
