Landlord keeps house in disrepair and is not upfront and honest with tenants about the condition of the property and the fact it is infested with termites and mold. Basic safety issues and requirements of landlord under laws don't seem to matter even with local code enforcement gives notice to landlord. Every time you bring something to the attention of the landlord for repair the repose is "I just had that done before you moved in". Home has issues with AC; wood rot; termite damage to floors; fridge will freeze items and freezer won't freeze popsicles; tiles are loose; faucets don't have handles only wrench; inside faucets leak; water quality is so bad it comes out of pipes smelling of sewage and has a brown tint; oven is off by about 25 degrees for the first few times you cook - things get burned until you figure out the temperature difference; dish washer used to drain under the house; ac can't take humidity out of home because there are gaps in all doors; roof leaks; wall paint comes off on you if you rub up against it; refuses to give tenants keys so there is only one way in and if the keyless battery dies you are in trouble; Landlord is untruthful about almost everything and creates stories to make herself look good and others look bad. she enters the premises without required notice under the premise that repairs are being done, but no noticeable repairs were done. She leaves keys for the residence for third parties in non secure places and they are allowed to enter the property without the prior knowledge of tenant. This person is a licensed realtor and should know the laws, follow them and also follow her professional code of ethics and conduct. Neighbors have indicated this is not the first time a tenant has had these types of issues.

Desired outcome: Landlord unable to rent this property again in its current condition; stopping landlord from continuing to do this to other people; reimbursement of costs and expenses, return of prepaid monies, etc.
