I purchased an car lift from Fursts on Facebook marketplace on 8 August 2023.
After being given tracking details from Global Express Logistics, the "package" was returned after failing a customs check at the shipping port.
Another package was then sent, weeks later it was supposedly delivered successfully. My signature was forged, and there was no delivery.
The logistics company has blamed the courier, no he has left the company and can't be contacted.
It has been 4 months of lies and deception. Both of these companies need to be held accountable for their blatant criminal actions.
Desired outcome: Money plus expenses refunded. Or goods delivered.
