Scammers
BEWARE! This company has billed me $10.00 each month. I have spend almost 3 hours with Bell Mobility (Ontario) trying to figure this case out. They got my number by being sold possibly by a 3rd party. THey also are apparently based out of Nigeria and they are a scam company. I was advised to do the following:
1. Call [protected] and ask to delete account.
2. Call [protected] and ask to delete account.
3. Text message to 99621 and say stop
4. Email [protected]@funmobile.com and [protected]@funmobile.com and ask to opt out. But BEWARE use a junk email account because they will probably sell your email.
5. Now I have to go change my number which will cost me $20.00. UGGGGGGGGGGGG once the number is changed the text messages will not be able to go through.
Hope this helps. If you have any questions email me at [protected]@hotmail.com with title of funmobile scam and I will answer.
Cheers

Funmobile contact person's INFO
Hi everyone,
I too am a victim of this scam. I have found however the trail leading to the so called Pres/CEO of this scam service... His name is Christian Heileson, the address is 197 Portland Street, Boston, MA 02114. The phone number is the same that you are to call to get customer service, [protected]. I found this through the Better Business Bureau which I suggest you all file a complaint with. The BBB ID number for this company is 102515. There is also another email address listed. It is [protected]@funmobile.com . Oddly enough there is only 1 complaint in the last 36 months on this company. Somehow they have managed to hide. So go to the BBB, the company was registered in Delaware in 2006 listed under Funmobile and register your complaint. Good luck to everyone and hopefully we all can turn the tables on this scam company.
My cellular service with T-Mobile began listing unauthorized charges from a company known as "Funmobile" in June. The charge was $9.99 monthly, and T-Mobile described the service as downloads and ringtones for a mobile cell phone. According to records maintained by T-Mobile, Funmobile sent me an initial text message to subscribe, and then a monthly renewal text message - and that I had approved these messages. This was patently false information. The truth is that not only did I NOT subscribe, nor authorize Funmobile charges, I did NOT even have any idea of what Funmobile was, and I had never heard of them before. Until I caught the charge on my cellular bill, this company was set to renew the $9.99 monthly charge to my cellular indefinitely. Obviously I was SCAMMED, and Funmobile perpetrated a scheme to take advantage of the fact that most customers do not check their phone bill for the detailed billing information. Upon my first contact with a T-Mobile representative, T-Mobile told me that their records indicated I had accepted the terms and charges sent from Funmobile to my cell phone via text messages. Online research brought me to this web site, and in particular to these specific complaints about Funmobile. A second communication with T-Mobile and the representative agreed to remove the present and past charges. This should be an urgent lesson to everyone to CAREFULLY scrutinize the details of your cellular phone bills, even though that is a daunting task, given the sheer volume of itemized information printed throughout the typical multiple-paged billing report.
This Company is the biggest farce! I just want my charges removed as I didn't want anything like this, except a FREE complimentary ringtone. And then my cell phone bill comes & there are all these charges for stuff I didn't request. I don't want jokes or texts at all. I work 2 jobs & just the beeping of the phone bothers me & the rest of the people I work with, plus I AM NOT PAYING THEM, so I guess Alltel will deal with them. I am going to request a STOP but if doesn't happen I am going after them with both barrels. This is ridiculous & down right not fair practice & it's a JOKE in itself, ANGRY in Nebraska.
Three months ago my daughter got on line to funmobile.com & gave out her phone number for ring tones. She received nothing on her phone or anything else. However, I am getting monthly charges for $9.99 for the past three months. I have tried to stop this charge along with my cell phone company. I would like this charge OFF my cell phone bill now. . I would like a check for $19.98 for the two months prior, as my cell phone company has credited my account for this month. However they will NOT credit me anymore . I am upset this is going on & ready to take whatever kind of action that is needed to stop this monthly charge. Please let me know how to STOP this matter NOW!
I was walking on a highway and there was this company hawking their service for some ridiculous "joke of the day" product. Now, being a funny guy myself I don't need any funniness on my road. So I ignored the dude thinking,"I don't need it so I'm not even going to look his way so he knows that I don't want it, don't need it, don't want to do business with him."
Well, lo and behold, because I didn't tell this guy that I didn't want him telling me why the chicken crossed the road in 30 different plagiarized versions, he REACHED into my pocket, pulled out my wallet and took $5.99 a week for 3 months for a total of $75.
Now, that's not exactly how it happened, but I was on the internet superhighway shopping for ringtones and this company asked me what was my phone number to see which product they had available for me and since it's a Boost prepaid phone, every time I added money to my account they took $5.99 for games (which I can't play on my phone), for Joke of the Day (I guess the funny was on me with their monkey business) and who knows what else.
Even the rep at Boostmobile was really upset, but they won't answer their phone. Not in their Taiwan office, or the one in Australia, Belgium, Thailand, Hong Kong, Singapore or Malaysia.
So, I'm out $75 because here in the USA we trust that when a company offers a service they usually wait till you actually answer a yes or no to do business with you. We are silly Americans and think that the rest of the world trying to play catch-up to our economy is going to play by the same rules.
A good lesson for $75. I'm gonna have to work overtime to pay what I actually DO WANT and BUY!
This company charged my Verizon account for something that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. They charged me $19.99 and I have to pay this! I am not happy and I will complain everyday until they credit me for this bogus charge that was never approved!
I was having the same problem I may of found a solution. Try this number [protected] Now I had to call several times before i got threw to a real person but i finally did and it was in the same day. Heres what you do call that number they are Monday threw Friday 9 to 5 call within those hours. when you call they will ask you to put in your number don't put in your number just press the # sign it will say you put in a incorrect number and to try again press the # sign again and you may have to do the same thing again then they will tell you that your request was not valid and they will tell you to hold on while the transfer you to a customer service rep. Now it will beep for a while when you are waiting. You will eventually get either a person or a answering machine. If you get a machine keep trying i did get someone to eventually pick up. I did this today they told me they would send me a check refunding my money whether or not its bogus i don't know yet but its worth a try. Hope i can help. If you have any questions please feel free to contact me at anangelsmommy708@aol.com
After carefully examining my verizon bill I found $137.80 of fraudulent charges against my account, I work very hard for what I consider a relatively low wage and when some cheats me out of my hard earned pay it makes me very unhappy & concerned for the others who are also cheated if my assistance is of any help with a class of action suit please contact me @ my Verizon cell phone # [protected] or Email me venjoi@hotmail.com.
Thank you,
Eric Bailey.
Funmobile.com will charge you $1.00 every day for sending horoscopes in the form of text messages. I have no idea how they got my number, but once they did, text messages came every day. To stop them, reply to the text message using the word "stop" in the message. Funmobile doesn't return emails or phone calls. Do NOT deal with this company. They are a scam.
Decided to cancel ring service but keep on getting e-mail message that it is not possible because cancellation code is not acceptable. And I still get billed.
The web site says that it supports my phone carrier service on ringtones and doesn't. I sent an e-mail to them three days ago to complain about this and still haven't heard back from them. I told them I did not want the service if I could not get the ringtones.
Online scam!
Although I did not use the service. I was unsure of how to cancel. I was texted by the company and texted the message back to them. It read as follows: 4help: [protected]@funmobile.com Cxl txt STOP USD.
I sent this text to them and I received a text back which stated "SERVICE IS CANCELED".
I have also been ripped off by these scam balls, it was on face book for free Funmobile, so I just wanted to have alook at what they had, bad choise, as soon as i put my phone number in i started to get texts and was charged for each one coming to the grand total of $95.oo, i sent stop to them but they still sent texts, the so and so's, i would really like to meet these [censor] and sort them out.
FunMobile has ripped so many people off, including me .Got my cell bill and got 2 charges of 9.99 from this company. Called the number provided on my cell bill [protected], didn't get a real person? (quiz club & Official IQ quiz) I didn't even know that they were going to charge me because of the wording (SCAM WORDING). I got to this scam through a contest that I wanted to sign up for. To get to the contest it asked for me to put in phone #and a zip code. Thats what FunMobile used to get to my pocket book, without my permission I WILL GET MY MONEY BACK.
oops i have just been reading more and it sounds like the reason they have refunded may be because they are involved. Dont know?
i have just contacted vodafone nz and informed them of the scam and as a good will gesture they will credit my account
Wish I found this website before i was scammed. I entered my mobile for a free download for ring tone. Didnt do anything after that did not download ringtone next text I get is that my bill is at 30 dollars I am hoping that is new zealand dollars but could be US. I ve learnt my lesson never again. Im angry that someone can do this and to think if I had not got that message the bill could have been a lot bigger I dont understand what happened.

Fun Mobile is a fraud. I have been trying to get a full refund for the service I signed up unintentionally but never benefitted from. I called their customer service number twice, only to find they are in overseas, and extremely rude. They did not make sense.
I have repeatedly asked that you cancel any subscription I may have and yet I continue to receive Text Messages.
Sending a reply of "Stop" did the trick in less than a minute.
I no longer want to subscribe to this product!, how do i remove it from my phone.
If you can't unsubscribe - change your number!
I can't unsubscribe from this site. I never ordered it to begin with. I'm being charged for text messages. I'm not going to pay! From what I read on this site no one has a solution. I do! Change your number. If thats what I have to do I will.
Eligio Mendoza said we will eventually get this sucker... THAT WAS 818 DAYS AGOO :( THEY ARE STILL DOING THIS ###

I agree guys. Thanks for putting up the fight on behalf of everyone else, we all appreciate it, and hopefully these lowlifes will be brought to justice.
I wrote the FCC and they claim they do not regulate the cell phone industry and suggested I write my state office of consumer affairs. Also, I am writing my elected reps and sending this web-site and my local TV station who sometimes picks up on these rip-offs and profiles them. My question to Verizon is " If this is a third party company, why are you billing and collecting on their behalf?" I agree, we'll get these thieves sooner or later!
That's exactly what I did, I changed my number, my password, everything! But I don't know how well that will work.
I suggest everybody contact the Attorney General within their state. I also am going to contact their registrar and am going to find out about serving a complaint through ICANN.
We'll get this sucker EVENTUALLY.
Jokes sent to my cellphone via text message every day!
There are jokes sent to my cellphone via text message every day! i called the company and every time i called they hung up on me...stupid! ok and they charge me money for the jokes they send me and i don't want them...they're not even funny. so as you can see i am very upset that they would charge me to something without my consent! thank you for listening.

While downloading antivirus program from internet a popup soliciting funmobile text messaging came on screen. I declined offer but they are sending me two text messages a day at one dollar per msg anyway.
I keep getting these messages from 99621 daily from something with a joke and I don't want it or ever did I. Now I see a charge for it coming thru my phone. I want it cancelled and investigated. It is funmobile 2.

this company sucks, sending me message and charge me $1/msg received. can't cancel, their website lost pin page is down, couldn't login and cancel the subscription. sent cancel message, doesn't work.
I'm still receiving 2 messages every day, and being charged $2 / day.
I can't speak for any other cell service providers, but Bell Mobility lies outright about this. Yesterday I received 4 text messages from www.mypictures.bell.ca. I have never been to this web site. Each text message was labeled "Unidentified Sender, " and prompted me to go to this site. One of these text message offered a password prompt (7708). The liar-of-the-day at Bell Mobility (Kevin) said that these messages were originating from my visits to the "mypictures" site which I had never visited. Then, when I told him that, he said they must be originating from some friend of mine who wants to share pictures. Well, first, I only have 2 friends who text me... ever... and neither of them has heard of "mypictures." Second, why is Bell allowing text messages to come to my phone with the label, "Unidentified Sender?" This has got to be the scummiest business going. And when they brought in these increased prices for texting, we were told this would NEVER happen. Liars. So I cancelled ALL text to my phone. When my contract is concluded, I'll also be canceling my contract with Bell.
Never subscribe, and receive messages @ 1$ each.
please cancel my apointement ``joke to day`` a phone cell [protected].

i am also getting these dumb jokes being texted to me and i want them stopped imeadiately or i will go to the attorney generals office of consumer affairs
and the better business bureau.
All. I may have a solution. My daughter was also getting stupid jokes for the past month. I initially replied back to a text message to the # 99621 and typed "Stop. End service". I received an email back saying "Sorry keyword does not match up with any services offered by Funmobile.com.
I called verizon...they told me to reply with "End". It seemed to work as I immediately received a reply text message that stated "Thx 4 using our service. Your value club 2 subscription is cancelled".
Hopefully it'll end the stupidity. Best of luck.
Unauthorized charges!
They keep charging me and they keep sending me messages on my cell phone which they say that I agreed to resume my account every week, which is false cause I never give an approval how do I stop this outlandish service?
I was invited to Facebook by a friend. As I browsed through sections of Facebook, still brand-new to this site, I ended up getting a text message. It stated I had signed up for Horoscopes and to reply STOP to cancel, which I did immediately.
I was charged $9.99 for horoscope from Funmobile.
I have also filed a complaint with the FCC because this strikes me as tricking people into a charge. I have since heard from others that had the exact same thing happening. What a SCAM.
Company seems to charge Cell phones a subscription fee for services not received. We received our cell phone in August of 2008 and were charged $9.99 for 3 months until we switched phone numbers. The company said that the subscription was valid since November 2007. Our Cell Phone provider is Centennial Wireless and they hold phone number s for 6 months before re issue. It seems like this company will periodically try to charge cell phone numbers hoping they have been reactiated and start charging the new Cell phone customer. I was told by Centennial that this has happened before with this company and nobody can do anything about it. 9.99 is not that much money but multiply it by the amount of potential victims and this could be a huge amount of money and fraud being committed.
I received a $20.99 charge for "Data" on my Verizon phone bill. I called Verizon and a very nice gentleman spent about 35 minutes with me sorting the problem out. He said the charge was from a company called "CWS", but when I googled the number, 71769, that he gave me, I was sent to funmobile.com on the "Complaints Board" website. First, he had me text/dial 71769 and enter the word 'stop' in the text box and then send the text. I immediately received a reply that service was canceled. (I sincerely hope it is!). The gentleman then credited my account the amount charged. Hope others fair as well. I have never heard of this company and do not know how this thing ended up on my phone.
Regards, JT.

My cellular service carrier, T-Mobile, agreed to BLOCK Funmobile and refund ALL present and past charges.
I was on Facebook and decided to try and test my IQ on this survey thing that was being offered.Ironically, i was stupid enough to enter my phone as it was the only way to get the results of the IQ test.
( i should mention here that there was no indication of a charge).
From that day forward i was bombarded with horoscopes and i got a little annoyed so in the message underneath the daily horoscope it explained to hit 7 (i think it was) and the messages would stop. Well the messages did stop...but i was still getting charged
why? you ask.
pressing 7 only blocked the messages, which i think is really clever as the "victim" is under the assumption that the messages have stopped...until they get their monthly bill.
So i finally talked to an awesome guy at Fido who gave me the instructions on what to do to get rid of this insane thing. Did you know they charge a deactivation fee LOL! I really can't believe this company is still around yikes.
Like mama always said ..."Never give your cell phone number out to strangers"
Funmobile.ca is FRAUD. I noticed I was receiving sms messages, the instructions say send an email Stop to care@funmobile.ca, this bounced. The SMS message says reply with STOP, that bounces!
I called Rogers.com and got Rogers to call Funmobile to "cancel".
Rogers then gave me a credit of all the calls at One Dollar per message!
I did not subscribe, nor did I reply to any message, nor did I click on anything on the internet or supply the number to funmobile.
Funmobile.ca is a fraudulent organization and the cell phone companies receive part of that revenue which makes them party to fraud.
Again, the ONLY solution is to call your Cell Phone Company and lodge a complaint and demand a full refund.
I suspect that a VOIP company "voipbusters" or "freecall" provided the number but have no proof. These companies required the cell phone number to text a confirmation to.
If you get SMS spam, check if you ever used one of about 30 VOIP company names all managed by the same betamax company.
If other victims have the same problem then we will have figured it out.
it keeps charging me money ever day its not far.
stop all
stop sending me unauthorized text messages or I will contact attorney general, I dont want ring tone! Stop sending them to me!
Unsolicited text messaging!
This company sends unsolicited text messages that result in $5.99 charge against your cell service. They have sent 7 messages in 14 days. Verizon Wireless seems unwilling to block this scam operator. Do the state Attorneys General have any jurisdiction here? Plz advise smb!
Come on guys I can't be the only one having trouble with (FUNMOBILE) Warning stay away from that name and logo or you will go loco trying to get help! Lets hear from you all be it good or bad!
I received a text message from 996-21 stating that I am subscribed to Value Club 2 for jokes. I am being charged $5.99 a week/ 23.96 a month. I do not want this service! I don't know how to contact them.
Please help!
Thanks.
So I get this text message telling me I have a .15 credit on "Funmobile". What the heck is Fun Mobile I ask myself. So - I call back the [protected] and ask who they are, what they do and how they got my phone number. I get a kid who's indian accent is so heavy, I am only understanding about every 9th word. I ask to speak to someone else who I might understand better . "No. We do not transfer calls because you can not understand". What? WHAT? Anyway - I end up telling him that whatever he's selling, sold or ripped me off for, I want my number and name to be immediately removed from any and all lists they have and I want them to credit to my verizon bill the 9.99 they've been charging me for two months. "No. We do not issue credits mam. We will send you a check as a one time courtesy. What is your address"...Long story short; VERIZON WIRELESS was very VERY helpful. They can't do anything about the money "Funmobile" has collected (I finally got the guy I couldn't understand to send my refund check to the FBI as a donation...I think.) Solution: Text 51721 and in the body of the message type "Stop" or "Cancel" or "Unsubscribe" or "Quit". The Verizon lady told me specifically I could not type "Stop you lieing cheating bast*&@!'s " but she did say it had to be one of 5 words (see above). What a scam...and the fact that they can't transfer you to someone you can understand (and believe me, I have NOTHING against Indians, native american or otherwise. If you're going to make a career out of a call center though, speaking clear english is an important skill set!), will not make a payment to Verizon to pay back what they have CLEARLY STOLEN, nor will they stop their service to you, without threat of the Attorney General's intervention, is absolutley ludicrist. So - to stop thier stealing, text 51721, type "STOP" in the body of the text and send it to them. You will receive confirmation that your "subscription" is cancelled within 60 seconds. Once that's done, dial *228 and hit "send". Once answered, you want Option #2, you will hear music playing for a short while and then it will tell you that your update was successful. That will stop any future theft. You can also ask your provider to permanently block your phone from any future "add ons". Now. Go forth and write your Attorney General about these scam artists (is this really "artful" though?) and let them be punished! The corporate address of "FunMobile" is 197 Portland Street, 7th floor, Boston, MA 02114.
So what fighting power do we have if the cell phone is that of a minor. I have received 2 months worth of charges for this company and they refuse a refund stating that the minor texted back a pin number. I asked them how can they go into a contract with a minor they indicated they have no idea what age the person is and that it doesn't matter because they got a pin tex back. Any suggestions?
the number I found was [protected] totally automated and hopefully it works there was also an email. customercare@funmobile.com. Hope this works and helps!
I recently typed in my number to pass the survey on a website to watch at UFC video... then i recieve 4 different text from 4 different companies *(which are all probably from the same scam artest in their private house) saying that I registered with all of them for 9.99$? now i probably owe 40 dollars now. And they said they were going to refund me my money in the mail, which i highly HIGHLY doubt they will do. I AM PISSSED! these people are SCAMMMERSS. THEY DESERVE TO BE PUT IN JAIL OR DEAD for all i know. I requested to speak to their manager, who sounds like the same lady from all three companies and I can hear dogs in the back ground. it sounds like they are doing this ### from their home. WE NEED TO PRESS CHARGES. they cant get away with this. Atleast im going to ### at them about how bad their life must suck to scam innocent people for Hundreds of thousands of dollars all together. DONT be mistaken for their nice customer service attitude. they are CRIMINALS. And they get away with this because no one wants to pursue going to court over 9.99$. WHERE are the lawyers on the internet when i need them to read this... *COMPANIES include - Solow, FunMobile, Predicto.com, Ringtonetop.com** PLEASE HELP. WE NEED TO BRING THESE PEOPLE DOWN! this has been going on for over 2 years? this is WAY TOO long and this criminal in charge is banking...
I received a text message stating that I was signing up for horoscopes. This message came in after I browsed someone on Facebook. I e-mailed "STOP" within seconds. I have a $9.99 charge on my cell phone bill. This is definitely a SCAM. I will file an official complaint with the FCC and recommend to everyone else to do the same.
I have the same problem, try texting 'STOP' to their number and hopefully they will stop... I havent tried yet cause I don't know their number seen as I've deleted all their annoying texts, does anyone have the number for funmobile.com? i think its 83888 or something like that... hmmm...
^^ That's all very well, Barry, but what about when people DO read, and are still led to believe that they are getting a free offer. This particular company "crosses a line" with it's marketing; if it was based in the UK, the relevant authorities would have forced them to change the way they word these things.
FREE RINGTONE OFFER***
To get your FREE ringtone please send "GIFT" to 88838
***Free ringtone offer: No sign up necessary to receive a FREE ringtone. Simply send an sms text message with "GIFT" to 88838. Normal operator messaging & data charges will apply. This offer applies solely to one polytone chosen by Funmobile and is wholly separate from any and all other offers of content on this page.
so they say it's free, and wholly separate from anything else on the page. Pretty much the only other thing on the page is the details of what they usually charge for registration etc.
Misleading...I think so.
I work for a cell phone carrier- In fact I take only escalated calls, so this is an all too common instance for me. With whom I work for, we don't credit back.
It's a guarantee that 90% of those complaining actually opted in without taking the time to read. The other 10% are those who are victims of recycled numbers (Numbers in which the previous owner had opted in for Fun Mobile which still remains on that number even though it's been recycled and is now yours...) For those who fall in that category, you will receive refund.
For those who claim it says free...Yes, it says free - The ring tones are free, only if you purchase the plan.Tricky wording but nothing we don't see everyday in the retail world.
Like all premium text message providers, they don't charge you for no reason...In order for them to charge you they must have those two opt ins. I know this because I constantly coach CSRs by taking them specifically to these websites and showing how each works (They work all the same...) Never are we charged though, because I don't opt in the second time.
To prevent it from happening again, many carriers offer premium text message blocks if you specifically ask. Like somebody already mentioned, place a block on your SMS entirely - Thats the best way.
Conclusion: Read. If you've only taken the time to read, you wouldn't be in this circumstance now. It's no secret when it comes in and asks you to confirm the order of $5.99 or etc. And tells you exactly how to quit. psssh.
Little geek keeps sending messages!
Am getting 1-2 text messages a day. Sent message and told them to stay off of my phone which has been totally ignored by them. Have contacted my cellular company and complained. Guess I need to get a hold of the Do Not Call People and let them get fined since I was on the Do Not Call List prior to them being able to call cell phones. Guess they think I will buy if they hound me enough. I would really like to talk to the little geek that keeps sending them out face to face.
they charged my eleven year old who did not sign up for these services - IQ test for an kid, really? And now they want 2 -3 weeks to refund the money. They don't even care - say she signed up for them on a website and then a text was sent to her phone - yet no text message shows up on her bill from anyone other than her friends on that date or any other! They are just scammers who want to make money illegally. The only way they will issue refunds is via paypal. They are using MY money and I don't appreciate it.

DUDE, AVerage Joe. if you cancel by texting "stop" yes they cancel it. but they still charge you for 9.99$ that month.
If you accidentilly sign up for one of these 'services'..well you'll proably be billed for the initial charge, as in signing up you agreed to a 'end user agreement'...but it's easy enough to unsubscribe to it..find the initial message on your mobile..and hit 'reply'..then send a text back 'stop'...and they'll cancel the arrangement.
hi guys,
i had the same problem as you. what i did?
step 1: send an e-mail to care@funmobileca.com with the title: clx stop, unsuscribe me from horoscope list. they will send you a message saying that your ticket has been received, along with a link and password, and saying that your priority is low.
Log in, and see the ticket, and change the priority to Urgent or whatever other you want.
Once you do that, they will send you another message saying that your phone number has been removed from the list.
Use please and thanks...be polite and it will work.
my 2 cents, gmendozasuarez@yahoo.com
Please stop your messages i dont want them
stop all i dont like your message
I have been battling with Funmobile (Ringtone Times) putting unauthorized charges on our companion cell phone for over 5 months. We have contacted Centennial Wireless, did the text message STOP 71769 but still have charges occur within anothe r month. How can a company allow a minor to access a chargeable sevice without a parent's consent? I can tell you that if you want something done about it complaints must be handled through the Boston BBB. Phone number [protected], www.boston.bbb.org, or info@boston.bbb.org to get satisfaction. if nothing else many more complaints and maybe our legislature may wise up and prevent this scam from occurring. I ecspecially like the fact that anyone can enter a cell number on these websites and charge someone elses phone with this charge. WOW
Funmobile takes out my credit whenever i top up my mobile phone no 00353-[protected] which i want it to stop immediately before i take a legal action.
They kept sending unsolicited emails and billing me long after I asked them to stop. I was duped by their free ringtone scam. Here is where they are located in the US:

Thank you so much for this! I called the number on my phone bill but it was disconected, go figure. But I called the first number you gave and was able to cancel my account. Hopefully. Thanks again for the help the stupid scam was driving me nuts!
