My Visa card on my personal Revolut account was charged 49.99 euros without my authorization. I do not recognize this transaction and your company, and have never purchased anything from you. I filed a complaint with Revolut explaining what happened, but they denied me the refund because they claim I was familiar with this transaction. Absurd!
