BUYERS BEWARE!- Sorry this message is so long, but believe me, it’s worth reading! To those who are thinking about purchasing from funeralprinter.com/ kingdomtemplates.com (seller's real name Titus Gerard), please think again! First of all, let me mentioned that I've just done some more research on this company/ website and have found that six complaints have been filed with the BBB on this company. The BBB has given them a grade of "F". There is not a phone# on his website for you to contact him directly, and now we see why. The only way you CAN contact him is through email, and he's not good with responding back to messages. Titus Gerard's www.funeralprinter.com website features beautiful funeral program templates to download for various prices, but the services that you receive from this man/ his company may not be so pleasant. We ordered from Titus Gerard's website company, www.funeralprinter.com twice, and both times have been unpleasant. On the www.funeralprinter.com website, it states that you will be able to download the templates immediately, and receive a hardcopy via USPS Priority Mail within 3-5 business days, but that never happened with either of the orders we placed with www.funeral printer.com/ Titus Gerard. You may ask: "Well if his services were so bad, then why did you order from him again?" Like I stated earlier, the templates provided by him ARE beautiful, and since we DID finally receive the hardcopies from him, we thought this 2nd order would've gone like the first one did, and that we WOULD get the download link and eventually our hardcopies over the next couple of days. But that didn't happen this 2nd time around. The first time we placed an order through www.funeralprinter.com, we did not get a download link immediately, as he stated on his website. It was five days later when we received the download link for the templates. We didn't get the hardcopy until we continued sending requests for a tracking #, in which he finally gave us a tracking# and sent the package off almost 14 days AFTER we placed the order, not within the 3-5 business days as stated on his website. About another week or so after we received our first order, he emailed us, informing us of another special we could get for the Funeral Printer Exclusive Edition, an upgrade from our first order, which would provide us with all the templates from his funeral printer website, all for another $99.00 ($108.00 after taxes). So since the templates were beautiful and we DID get our hard copy via USPS mail the first time, we went ahead and ordered the second special upgrade from him. The second time we placed an order was on Wednesday, 8/18/10 in which he emailed us a message, thanking us for placing our order. We emailed him back asking if he would provide us with the download link as he did with our first order, but he never responded back. The next day, 8/19/10, he emailed us another message, stating that our order had been shipped, and provided us with a USPS tracking #, and he provided GoogleCheckout with the very same tracking info, misleading them as well. After the next couple of days went by, we still hadn't received a download link from him to download the templates online from, nor did we get anything via USPS mail. After we continuously sent him messages inquiring about our order and never getting a response back from him, we spoke with a couple of USPS representatives, and finally to a supervisor. After they checked through some things, we were told that the tracking # he provided to us did not come from their system and was an invalid tracking#. Titus Gerard has three different email addresses that we know of, and we sent messages to all three of them, to make sure he received the messages, but we never got a response back from any of them. We've kept copies of all of our email correspondence for legal purposes. Finally, last week we contacted Google Checkout Help, informing them of the situation, and for them to mediate on our behalf. We were very pleased with the service we got from them, they responded to us very quickly, and provided us with a link to report back to them with, if we hadn't heard back from the seller, Titus Gerard/ funeralprinter.com, within the next five business days after they'd done whatever they needed to do to notify or contact him. Today is the day for us to respond back to them, and that's what we're about to do now. We are going to post reviews about these bad experiences with Titus Gerard and www.funeralprinter.com to everyone and every review blog that we can, and if we are not satisfied, or don't get our money back soon, we ARE going to take legal actions, and not just for the $108.00 that Titus Gerard took from us! As I stated before, if you or someone you know are planning on purchasing from this man, Titus Gerard in North Carolina, or his website business (www.funeralprinter.com), please think twice about it. The funeral program templates are beautiful, but not worth it if you have to receive such bad service, or have a difficult time getting your money back. He doesn't have a phone # listed on his website to be contacted by, neither does he have the google checkout review logo on his website for you to read other customer reviews (possibly because he has received lots of negative reviews from other customers). Since Google Checkout is allowing Titus Gerard to post the GoogleCheckout review link on his website for other possible customers to read his reviews, don't you think he would have that link available on his website, if he had good reviews for people to read? Sure he would, but he doesn't- So to us, that says a lot. We didn't know anything about the GoogleCheckout Seller Review Link that sellers could put on their website pages, until after we started having these problems with Titus Gerard. It's really sad that a website buisiness that seems to give the aura of such honesty and professionalism would give such poor quality of customer service and response. But now that we know, we're going to spread the word! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy/ do business with Titus Gerard (www.funeralprinter.com). Once again, BUYERS BEWARE!

First of all, let me mention that I've just done some more research on this company/ website and have found that six complaints have been filed with the BBB on this company. The BBB has given them a grade of "F". We previously did business with this company (Titus Gerard) twice. The funeral program templates were beautiful, but the service we received was not good at all. The website states that you'll receive immediate online download availability of the templates, and you'd recieve hardcopies in 3-5 business days via USPS Priority mail. That wasn't the case either time we ordered from them. The first time it took 5 days before we got the download link to download the templates. It took 14 days before the hardcopy was sent off to us, and that was after we sent several inquiries requesting a tracking#. We didn't intend on ordering from this website again, but a few days later, we received another email from them informing us that we could upgrade with a 2nd special they had to offer for another $99.00. So since we liked the templates and did get the hardcopy via mail, we went ahead and placed the 2nd order on 8/18/10. The next day, we received an email, thanking us for our order, and providing us with a "USPS tracking#". After a few days went by, we still hadn't received the template download link or anything via USPS Postal service. We sent him email messages to all 3 of his email addresses, but never heard anything from him. We tried tracking the order with the tracking# that was given to us, finally calling USPS and spoke with a supervisor, who told us the tracking# we had was not in their system and was invalid. Tomorrow will make it 3 weeks from the day that we first placed our order, and we still haven't heard or recieved anything at all from Titus Gerard(this website). There's no phone# to contact him directly. The funeral templates are beautiful, but it's a scam!

I AGREE I SPENT OV 600 DOLLARS WITH THIS MAN I NEVER RECEVIED MY SOFTWARE OR AND LINKS AND I EMAILED HIM ON A DAILY BASES AND WHEN HE DID RESPOND IT WAS THE POST OFFICE HAS CLOSED SOWN WITH THE PACKAGES AND HE WILL RESEND THEM AND SO MANY LIES AND EXCUSES FROM THIS MAN A STRAIGHT CON MAN

In February 2011, my friend Mrs Eleni Mitchell ordered goods from the funeral printer (see below)

I have in my possession all the emails Mrs Mitchell has sent between your company the Tytel Graphics.
I also going to make a complaint against your company and Tytel Graphics with the Australian Ombudsman
and show them the emails that have been running back and forth.

Your company has handled this in a shoddy and irresponsible manner. You will have a final chance of correcting this
by informing Tytel Graphics that if the goods are not sent to Mrs Mitchell by Monday 25th July 2011. I will lodge a complaint
with the Australian Ombudsman and take this matter further with the various banks and credit card companies in Australia.

We do not like to see anyone treated in this manner and when it is a friend of mine and a widow with a 2 year old boy
who lost her husband to brain cancer in January 2011 and all she wanted to do was to give him a memorial service that
everyone would cherish and then your company and Tytel Graphics turn it into a joke.

Well you have one last chance. The goods are sent to Mrs Mitchell and a tracking number is issued (and believe me I know
Mr Titus can provide one) if other companys do then so can he.

I may be a silly 72 year old man but when someone takes money from another person be it by whatever means and makes
promises. And yes I know Mrs Mitchell said to keep the goods but no way am I, NICHOLAS MITSOPOULOS happy with that
You took her money and you send the goods...

The same thing happened to me. I placed my order in January 2011 and I was promised the goods. Then you have people like PayPal who say yea we give the bad guys 10 days to respond. and every time they just add another 10 days. I think its time the company's like PayPal and Google open their eyes or else they will be looking more than they bargained for. Its now May and I have still not received my goods - yea the emails promise its been sent but the goods never arrive. I am so tired of his promises. I just want my money back. Thank you Mr Titus - you don't have a conscious, cause dead people cant answer back, but their family who want to have a proper service for their loved ones have to suffer and face the humiliation.

After reading your review I was very skeptical about dealing with this company. I also checked the BBB rating and it is indeed an "F" based on about 5 or so complaints. With a little bit of prayer, I decided to go ahead as planned and purchased the $99 special (buy 24 templates, get an additional 3 sets of 24 templates free) on Wednesday 5/19/2011. An email containing the download link for the first 24 templates came immediately and the templates downloaded without issue. I received an email the following day with a link to a company called Send It and a message telling me that the remaining "free" templates were available for download. It took all of 20 minutes to download the 3 additional sets of templates. Not sure what happened in the other cases but my experience was uneventful. Templates are as beautiful as advertized.

Placed an order with this company a week ago, and my order was to be shipped to me overnight. I have not received it, and now I have found numerous complaints regarding this business that concerns me! I wish I had known before I made this investment.
