I wanted to warn everyone not to deal with the company FTS Partners LLC. I only visited their website, but I haven’t bought from them. After two weeks I noticed that they charged my card for $25, and I have no idea how they did that. I haven’t mentioned my personal information on their website, and I didn’t get how they charged me. I wonder if someone had the same situation and can offer good solution. Thanks.
Found a charge from the same company on my credit card for $19.95. I have never visited their website nor heard from them. Notified my creditor, Citibank online and they immediately credited my account for the disputed amount. No clue how they got my credit card info (which is also my Costco card)
