Frontline builders are fraud. They are cheaters and their own employees only sitting in their office and adding good comments about them. They are famous for bounced cheqs and illeagal flats selling. Be very carefull with Sumanth Kumar. He is the biggest fraud in real estate. This 100% loan is all nothing. you go to any bank and them they will tell you how frontline is cheating you. Please be very carefull with this frontline.

Well, you should know about builders. First of all they make promises, give offers like Cars, holiday packages, etc, etc. But rememember they are someswhere compromising on the quality they provide with the building. recently i bought a Flat at Kasturinanagar located at 2 Floor. The problem i faced was the Toilet pipe on the 4th Floor was broken and the waste water started to leak whenever there was a flush from the upper floors. Now the real problem was, the water started entering in to the walls and the paint also is wearing off.
What the hell is this building constructed of, Water is seeping into the walls after a heavy rainfall, already the paints are wearing off. I contacted the builder, but he denies and refuses to return my money back.
So think not twice / thrice as builder or a reputed builder can screw you up swindling your hard earned money.
