We bought this unit in Dec.2020 and the oven has never worked properly with temp. swings from 50 degrees above set point to 50 degrees below. When the tech was here to diagnose the issue, he was on the phone with someone at "Frigidaire" who identified themselves as an"engineer" who said those numbers were "ok because the median temp was right on". Food will not cook properly like this and the oven ruined a Christmas dinner(ham burned)(2020) and then the next year(2021) it ruined our thanksgiving dinner(turkey wasn't done").
The oven control board has been changed at least twice, the temp. probe has been changed once, and the cook top control board has been changed twice.
The second time was this morning and the service tech wasn't out the driveway before the range started giving an alarm audible by continual peeps and the "new" control board started flashing an error with two cook top eye controls flashing a number "1".
Desired outcome: We have had to eat out for the last two weeks, this time alone but we only want to have our money back in full for the range and the extended warrant that we purchased at the same time.
