Company sells small wind turbines and distributorship territorys for same. No matter how many units you order they may eventually send you one unit. the units do not and cannot work. They send you the one unit as this takes it from criminal to civil situation. The owner uses at least six diffrent names and has done a similar scam at least one time before with golf equipment. Please be careful as he is a very smooth talker. Check his BBB rating.

In 2008 our small company purchased & received 3 turbine units at the cost of over 7500.00. Our intention was to resell. One was damaged and it took several weeks to get it replaced. And they only replaced the damaged part. We installed one unit on the roof of our home for display and it malfunction. After numerous calls and countless email we gave up. Needless to say, ten years later we still have 2 units in our inventory that we cannot sell.

I took freetricity to Court last December and was awarded £8k, Peter moys is a total fool, he can't get his words out and looks like a sweaty nonce. They didn't pay for a fair few months and appealed the decision at every opportunity, when I sent them a copy of the High Court writ he eventually put his hands in his pocket.

The company then swore under oath that they would not be installing any of my sites (Dec 22nd 2014), yet they have installed over 50 of mine in 2015? I took them back to Court, but found out last week that it has been thrown out as it is a waste of Court time? So that means they are allowed to lie in Court and get away with it.

I would love to chip in towards a Hit man, where do I send my donation?

I absolutely hate the mongrels, their previous company went bandy and they left owing 20 million, plus evicted all of their clients after taking deposits days before they went into receivership, one elderly gent died as a result - they used to have a link on the freetricity website until I sent him an email with several links to their nastiness - http://www.thisismoney.co.uk/money/news/article-1661384/Secret-Millionaires-property-firm-evicts-60-small-businesses.html

Let's crush these jokers into the ground!

And still I am waiting for Freetricity Plc to repair the damage they caused to my property...
...I even had a questionable apology from their director Martin Bleazard with a promise to get the work sorted... but just like last year he is delaying things again... regrettably it looks like legal action will be the only way ...
~SHAME ON YOU MARTIN BLEAZARD, BENJAMIN WAY AND PETER MOYS for being the directors of a company which treats people in such an appalling manner.

Their is a company in the UK called FREETRICITY>
They offer to provide solar panels under the UK Govt tarriff scheme.
This company is vile and can only be described as cowboys.
I had them fit solar panels to my house and they caused masses of damage to my house, including serious damage to my roof making the roof unsafe. Also the wiring they took to my mains fuse box was done so badly it left a real and imminent fire hazard.
They have a legal duty to make good repairs to the damage they caused. AFTER 21 MONTHS THIS DESPICABLE COMPANY HAVE FAILED TO MAKE GOOD ONE SINGLE REPAIR DESPITE THE EXTENSIVE DAMAGE THEY CAUSED THROUGH POOR WORKMANSHIP.
When I ask when they are going to start the work I am met with personal insults and false and malicious accusations from their manager Terence Franka and their director Martin Bleazard who are two of the most ignorant and unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
ANYONE WHO CHOOSES TO DEAL WITH A SOLAR PANEL COMPANY CALLED FREETRICITY UK WILL DO SO AT THEIR PERIL...

I would STRONGLY recommend that anyone with a problem/complaint against Carl Vettes/Freetricity please post their experince here. It will help with ongoing investigations and cases against the aforementioned. The more ammunition, the better to stop this.
I have been promised countless deliveries of product(especially the elusive grid tie connect) only to never get it. It has simply been a string of broken promises and money taken without being given a viable product. I started looking into this "opportunity" long before the internet scam posts started so I didn't get the heads up that I might have, then I was so blinded by the prospect of the win/win promise (and Carl's smooth talk) that I didn't follow up with due diligence. My mistake.
Again, I would warn anyone interested to shy away from this operation, and I would ask that everyone who has experienced a problem, list it here AND contact the California Attorney General.

Wow!

Even more to report. Apparently Troy's email's and phone records are being subpoenaed so as to fill in all those "does"...

What interesting tidbits will be found in those?

Hey Troy,

Where's today's "court" update? Aren't you going to tell all of your friends here what happened today?

Or did that 2 million dollar defamation suit that was slapped on you in court today take your breath away? Say it isn't so. Please tell us more!

And is it true that your little friend from Alabama has already decided to roll over and testify against you in that case?

Oh what a woven web you weave ...
