I emailed the company to process a return. They responded by accepting the return, sent me a label. I printed the label and put the hair free device in the box it came in and shipped it. I get an email three days later stating they couldn't accept my return because the item was covered in dog hair and the bottom piece wasn't usable. I called the company and spoke to Roger. He was very rude and stated the same thing. I told him the item I returned was in excellent condition. My husband had only tried it a few times, but it hurt him. I decided to look at the tracking, and it stated the package was refused and shows "return to sender". We finally receive the package back and Roger never opened the box; it was taped up the exact same way as I sent it. He just immediately rejected the package. He completely lied and never had any intention on refunding me in the first place. I attached pictures of the leg brace. No hair and nothing wrong.
