The management is poor and building is full of Cacroaches, if you are thinking to move in, change your mind and dont move in this building, one of the dirty and full of cacroaches building

They never mention at showing time that hydro and water bill will be paid by customer. Building heat system is always on low temperature, you will end up using own heater and that make hydro building double than average. Windows are also leaking temperature and that also force you to turn on your own heater.
They never mentioned that rent increase will apply to everything you rent. Other than apartment rent, they increase rent on parking and on locker room.
