Four Seasons Heating and Air Conditioning review: Hot water tank

I had a hot water tank installed and the next morning upon going down stairs I notice water on the floor and notice that water was coming from the unit. The pipe didn't get welded together properly and water was coming from the top of the tank so I called to get a tech out for an emergency and they kept saying they on the way. The tech was scheduled to come out by 2:00pm and didn't show by then so we called a plumber to come and fix the problem
